2015 November 25: dichiarazione dell'artista
After several years as the introductory artwork for the Allio Art portfolio presence on Model Mayhem, Unforgiven was abruptly deemed inappropriate and censored as an avatar. A statement issued by MM to the artist is quoted, as follows, "This photo is not fit for an avatar. It could be for a number of Reasons: Nudity, too sexy, too long, too much cowbell, etc. Please pick something else."
Considering the digital image file was within techncal constraints for publication and the model was not wearing a cowbell, by inference the image was plausably censored for content based on a recently revised standard highlighting a growing social conservative agenda, or possibly individual personal prejudice, regarding the quantity of skin presented in an image rather than the levels of meaning available to a sophisticated viewer of a refined work of visual art.

Three nude figure artworks by American photographic artist Allio are featured in the March/April 2008 edition of NuExpo. The French language NuExpo features professional photographers and photo models who love to dress the body of shadow and light. "We love your photography work" wrote François Marsy, NuExpo Art Director. The three artworks selected to be featured in NuExpo include Ablutoskepsis featuring professional nude model Catalina Lissett. All three elements were selected from an Allio exhibition that opened in Europe in 2007.

2007: Graceful Nudes Gallery - Great Britain
Catalina and Dufay, also known as sorelle in pelle e pietra, is one of sixteen artworks from the Skin and Stone exhibition featuring professional nude figure model Catalina Lissett in a variety of agalmatophilia poses exhibited in the Graceful Nudes Gallery as a solo artist show beginning in 2007. Throughout the pelle e pietra collezione d'arte, photomodello Catalina, the living nude pictophiliac figure model, creates an erotic excitement from her osculant touch, caress, embrace, and palzogony with various iconolagny phallic forms, female figure statues, and sculptures. The three-dimensional stone works were produced by honored artist and sculptor Pablo Solomon.

Photographer Allio will be among the featured artists in the September 2006 edition of NY Arts Magazine. The image selected for publication is a copy of the artwork entitled sorelle in pelle e pietra. This collector's piece features professional model Catalina Lissett Fontanez with Dufay, an original sculpture by Pablo Solomon, and was originally commissioned in 2005 for the musee-solomon gallery. NY Arts Magazine is a monthly magazine distributed to galleries, curators, collectors, dealers, museums, designers, architects, artist supply houses, art schools, libraries, community centers, art fairs, art expos, universities, financial institutions, corporations, foundations, embassies, business professionals, art patrons, and to over 800 private Manhattan galleries.
